Most properties require a Security Deposit of one month rent with certain exceptions based on the property type. Information will be on the specific property listed for rent.

Deposits are returned within 21 days after move-out, with an itemized statement if deductions apply.

How do I schedule a showing?

We provide self-showing option where you will get a code to a lockbox once you provide some basic information to set you up for the self-showing. Self-showing hours: from 7am-7pm.

We also can do personal showings but availability dependents on our staff’s schedule.

How do I pay rent?

We offer convenient online payment options through our tenant portal with autopay setup na payment history tracking.

What happens after I’m approved?

Once approved:

  • You’ll receive a lease agreement

  • Pay your deposit and first month’s rent

  • Schedule your move-in

What happens when I move out?

Before move-out:
