Leasing and Property Management
6% Of Gross Monthly Rent & One-Time Leasing Setup Fee (one-time leasing & onboarding fee equal to 50% of one month's rent, or $1,000, whichever is greater).
Leasing and Placement (only)
8% Flat Fee of One Year's Total Rent
This is a one-time fee for leasing and placement which includes rent evaluation, marketing, adversising, tenant screening and contract assistnce.
