How do you ensure legal compliance in California?
California has complex rental laws governing security deposits, notices, habitability, rent control, and other landlord-tenant requirements. As members of the California Association of REALTORS®, the MLS, and the Contra Costa Association of REALTORS®, we stay up to date on state laws, local ordinances, and industry best practices to help protect our clients and their investments.
How much do you charge?
Our standard management fee is 7% of the gross monthly rents collected. We also charge a one time leasing fee of 50% of the monthly rent (min. Of $1,500) whenever a new tenant is placed.
